RANDY HOLM- A.M. SPEAKER

Dr. Randall Holm is a distinguished Pentecostal scholar, educator, and minister with over four decades of ordained service in the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. He has taught Bible and Theology for more than 25 years and also served as Professor of Spiritual Formation and Associate Dean of Student Affairs, mentoring future church leaders and overseeing spiritual programs.

Dr. Holm is widely recognized for his contributions to Pentecostal scholarship, with numerous publications on Pentecostal history, theology, and spiritual formation. He is an active member of the Society of Pentecostal Studies and has presented his research at major conferences, helping shape the conversation around Pentecostal identity and practice in Canada and beyond.

As a frequent guest speaker and mentor, Dr. Holm brings deep biblical insight, practical wisdom, and a passion for Spirit-filled living to every setting. His engaging teaching style and commitment to the local church make him a valued voice for believers seeking to grow in faith and experience the power of the Holy Spirit.

PAUL FRASER- P.M. SPEAKER

Paul is currently serving as the National Church Multiplication Coordinator for the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. 

He has been married for 30 years to his high school sweetheart Corrie, has 4 adult children and has been in full-time ministry for 28 years.

Reaching people far from God, church multiplication and the next generation are his ministry passions. Paul believes the best days are still ahead for advancing God’s Kingdom in Canada and we all have a part to play.
