• TO PURCHASE A CABIN AT MBRC OR RECEIVE A CABIN FROM A LOVED ONE (family transfer), YOU MUST;

  • Be members or adherents in good standing of a PAOC church. (A pastor’s approval letter is required)

    • The pastor’s letter should reference that you are known to be a regular supporter of the ministry of your PAOC church.

      • This support takes many forms, but specifically, we are looking for confirmation that your time, your talents and your treasures are given consistently

  • Submit for approval to the camp board the Permit to Locate form, Pastor’s Reference Letter, and the Agreement of Sale document, along with the permit to locate fee.

  • Once all the documents have been submitted, an interview will be arranged with the camp’s Spiritual Life Coordinator.

  • The Permit will not be considered approved until all steps are completed, the camp board has given its approval, and the PAOC MBNWO District office has signed off. At that point, the Permit to Locate will be issued, enabling cabin ownership.

    • We’ll do our best to move this process along quickly, but please keep in mind it can take up to four weeks to complete
